1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the software provided by One MB Co ("we" or "us") through iswar.me. By purchasing, accessing, or continuing to use the software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software. One MB Co is the legal seller of the software. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions processed through Paddle. You must be at least 18 and use the software for business purposes.

2. Our software

iswar.me provides software for local service businesses, including an AI receptionist that handles inbound customer calls and a reputation management tool. Features, availability, and pricing are described on the pricing page and may change as the software develops.

The AI receptionist is not an outbound telemarketing service and must not be used to initiate unsolicited sales calls. You are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining access to your accounts and integrations, and reviewing outputs before relying on them. AI-generated responses and summaries may be inaccurate or incomplete and are assistance tools, not a substitute for your judgment.

3. License

Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the software for your internal business operations during your subscription. You must not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the software, or use it to build a competing product, except where law permits.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the software, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate applicable law, or use it to send or generate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications. You must not use the software to:

• make outbound telemarketing or unsolicited sales calls;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, defame, or discriminate against anyone;
• present the AI receptionist as a human where the law or the caller's reasonable expectations require disclosure;
• collect, record, publish, or disclose personal information without the required notice, consent, or legal basis, including doxxing;
• create or distribute harmful, illegal, sexually explicit, or infringing content, or malware;
• provide medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice without qualified human oversight; or
• request, create, or publish fake, misleading, or incentivized reviews, or selectively solicit reviews only from satisfied customers.

You are responsible for configuring consent notices, call recording disclosures, opt-outs, and other compliance controls required for your business and jurisdiction, and for how you use and rely on outputs.

5. Fees and payment

Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period through Paddle, the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for transactions processed through its platform. Prices and billing frequency are shown before purchase. You authorize the applicable charges and agree to keep payment information current. Taxes may be added where applicable. Paddle's buyer terms and payment support also apply.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription through paddle.net or by contacting us at developeriswar@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property and your content

One MB Co and its licensors retain all rights in the software, branding, and materials we provide. You retain rights in the content and information you submit, and grant us a limited license to host, process, and use it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the software.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, repeatedly or seriously violate the acceptable-use rules, fail to pay, create a security or legal risk, or use the software in a way that could harm others or our providers. We may also suspend access while we investigate suspected abuse. You may stop using the software or cancel at any time, subject to the Refund Policy.

After termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days by emailing developeriswar@gmail.com. After that period we may delete account data and customer-provided content, subject to reasonable backup cycles, legal retention requirements, and our Privacy Notice.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The software is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular business result, or that every AI-generated output will be accurate. To the extent permitted by law, One MB Co will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the software in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the software or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
