1. What this notice covers

This Privacy Notice explains how One MB Co ("we" or "us"), the company behind iswar.me, handles personal information when you visit iswar.me, contact us, or use our software. One MB Co is the legal seller of the software. Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for transactions processed through Paddle. Contact: developeriswar@gmail.com.

2. Our role

For account, billing, and website data, we are the controller. For call audio, transcripts, caller details, and appointment data that our customers' callers generate through the AI receptionist, our customer (the business) is the controller and we process that data on its behalf, under its instructions. Callers should read the privacy notice of the business they called.

3. Information we collect

• Contact details and business information you provide when you enquire, subscribe, or request support.
• Payment and billing details processed by Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for Paddle transactions, and we do not store your full payment card number.
• Setup information needed to configure your AI receptionist or reputation management tool, such as business details, services, and integrations.
• Call data processed for customers, including call audio, transcripts, caller names and phone numbers, call reasons, and appointment details.
• Review-request data for the reputation management tool, including customer contact details supplied by you and review responses.
• Technical information such as browser, device, approximate location, and pages visited when you use the website.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide and support the software, process payments, communicate with you, improve the website and products, prevent abuse, secure the software, comply with legal obligations, and respond to requests. Where law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the software, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent where we ask for it. We do not sell personal information.

5. Service providers and sharing

We share information with providers that help us host the website, process payments, provide telephony, transcription and AI processing, send communications, and deliver product functionality. They may process information only to perform services for us, under contract and their own privacy terms. Paddle processes payments as our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller, provides buyer support, and handles personal data under its privacy notice. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

6. International transfers

We are based in India. Our providers, including Paddle, may process information in other countries, including the United Kingdom and the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

7. Retention and security

We keep account and billing records while your subscription is active and for up to seven years afterward where needed for tax, legal, accounting, or dispute purposes. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for up to 30 days unless a customer configures a shorter period or asks for earlier deletion; after that, they are deleted subject to reasonable backup cycles. Other customer-provided content is retained while needed to provide the software and for up to 30 days after termination to support export requests. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, object to or restrict processing, or unsubscribe from non-essential communications, by contacting developeriswar@gmail.com. You may have additional rights under laws that apply to you, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If your request concerns call data of a business we serve, we may direct you to that business.

9. Children

The software is for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Cookies

The website uses only essential technologies, no analytics cookies.
